Structure profile

Diaphragm pulp pump power end with a set of gear reducer, plus external pulley or reducer deceleration, the pump speed dropped to 40 ~ 90RPM; pump can be selected according to different medium conveying speed; motor through a gear driven crank and connecting rod mechanism, rotary motion change into linear motion, driven by the crosshead and piston rod and the piston for reciprocating motion.

The pump hydraulic end is a cross head to drive the piston to do reciprocating motion through the piston rod, the piston motion drives the hydraulic medium to make the diaphragm to make the concave and convex motion. In the suction stroke, diaphragm moves backwards, inhalation valve is opened, a discharge valve is closed, the transmission medium into the pump cavity; during the discharge stroke, the diaphragm moves forward, inhalation valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, discharging and conveying medium.
